There is not much happening this week, so we will write this edition briefly.

Dalian Statistics Bureau released a report this week stating that the GDP of Dalian for the first 3 quarters of 2019 was 574 billion yuan, holding the first place in northeast China. However, Dalian still has a long way to go to catch up with Qingdao, with GDP of 976.8 billion yuan for the first 3 quarters of 2019. But we do not mean you should go to Qingdao because of its GDP, we want you to STAY IN DALIAN. FOR SURE!
In Dalian - You Can Change Your Mobile Operator (Service Provider) Now
If you had enough of your current mobile operator (bad news), now you have an option: you can change your mobile operator WITHOUT having to change your phone number. Starting this week, the service is open to public in 'pilot' run, it will be fully "official" or "stable" by end of November 2019. We expect that getting it work can be a complicated process, so if any of you have done this (good for you!), please remember to let us know "how", as we don't have the need to change operator, yet.
